Purpose
You can access any task lists from your Medicus homepage. This user guide will show you how to access and view task lists.
Task lists
You can select a task list from your homepage which contains tasks assigned only to you or a team that you are in. Organisation wide task lists can be accessed from within the Workflow module.
Each task list is title with the task type followed by the assignee in brackets.
Task lists are ordered by:
- Priority - high priority tasks are moved to the top.
- Due date - overdue tasks will appear before tasks which are due at a later date.
- Creation date
This is to ensure the most important tasks are moved to the top and worked on first.
You can also filter the list on the right hand side of the page. By default task lists only show open tasks, but you can amend this using the filters on the right if you wish to do so.
