Arriving a Patient
1. Open the patient finder and ask for the patient's name or DOB.
2. Type this in the search bar. Selecting the patient you'd like to arrive will open the patient record.
3. Check the appointment time is correct and select 'Click here' from the arrival information banner at the top of the record.
Changing the Appointment Type
1. Select the appointment slot that you'd like to change the appointment type for and select 'change appointment type' from the dropdown.
Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
1. Select the appointment you want to cancel or change from the Appointment Book.
2. Select 'more actions' and then either 'cancel or reschedule' from the view appointment screen.
Changing from Face-to-Face to Phone
1. Select the appointment you want to cancel or change from the Appointment Book.
2. Select the pencil icon from the View Appointment Details screen.
3. Change the delivery mode from the dropdown list and save.
Squeezing a Patient In
1. To squeeze a patient in to a full appointment diary, select the three dots on the appointment diary and select 'squeeze patient in'.
