Purpose
This article is a step by step guide to transferring patients from one Medicus practice to another. To transfer a patient from one Medicus practice to another, the old practice the patient is leaving needs to generate a code to give to the patient. The patient then gives this code to the new practice they've registered with and we will transfer the record once it's been entered.
