All configuration of bulk data extracts is managed centrally between Medicus and the integration partner but the extract is then enabled explicitly by each Data Controller to reduce the friction of setup whilst adhering to information governance best practices.
To enable a bulk data extract, nagivate to Modules > Data Sharing & Integrations > Bulk Data Extracts:

Currently enabled extracts
Extracts that were enabled but are no longer
A history of each extract to the data recipient
Clicking “Enable bulk extract” reveals the extracts that are available:
Some extracts additionally require File Encryption which requires a certificate that will be provided to you by the integration partner. This can be pasted into Medicus:
Once the extract is enabled, the data will start flowing to the partner at the next extract point.
