If your integration goes through the NHS IM1 programme then please contact the IM1 team directly. We do not manage the assurance and onboarding process.

Direct Integration

If you are integrating with our Bulk Data Extract API directly, the onboarding and assurance process looks like this:

  1. Review our API documentation
  2. Make an integration request to support@medicus.health - you must send this completed template with your request
  3. If your request is approved, we will share a partner agreement to sign
  4. We will add you to our Staging environment and setup a test extract for you to develop against
    1. You will need to provide us with your MESH mailbox or SFTP server details
  5. Develop & test your integration
  6. Submit your due dilligence questionnaire to us
  7. Conduct First of Type

  8. Release to general availability
